She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Staley and Virgie Staley (Summers); her husband Major William Elwood O'Hara; and her children, Mary Ann O'Neil, Patricia Kay Wolfe, William E. O'Hara, Jr. and Michael E. O'Hara. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
