He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Hart and Charlotte Marie Viola Hart (Hovermale); and his brothers, Terry Hart, Teddy Hart and Ronnie Hart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Hamilton and Stephanie Seibert; his children-in-law, Clarence Hamilton and Ashton Seibert; and his grandchildren, Carson, Nova, Asher, Draven and Tristan.
