He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mills and Mildred Mills (Hamburg). He is survived by: his son Michael Mills (Alison); and his grandchildren, Natalie Long and Joshua Long (Emma).
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
