It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Barnett Kight of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Sampson Barnett, Jr. and Doris Veronica Barnett (Thompson); her brother Sam Barnett; and her brother-in-law Jeff Kight. She is survived by: her husband Bryan Thomas Kight; her daughters, Melody (Ryan) of Alabama, Bailey (Ben) of Hagerstown and Hannah of Hagerstown; her sister Johnnie Baker (Raymond); and her brother-in-law Rusty Kight (Laura). She is also survived by five nephews; three niece in laws; three great nephews and one great niece.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, no more than 10 people at a time in the funeral home, facial coverings and social distancing are required. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County or to County Medical Transport.
