She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Barr and Martha Kinsey Barr; her husband Marion "Max" Cummins; her siblings, Jack Barr, Carol Barr and Inez Staeblein; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Staeblein, Gregory Cummins and Evelyn Barr.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Cornelius (Randy) and Stacie Mullenix (Daniel); her grandchildren, Adam Cornelius (Megan) and Amy Prince (Nash); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Max, Charlotte, Olivia and Gavin; her sister Jean Schlotterbeck (Allen); and her brother-in-law John Holder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
