She is survived by: her husband Theodore Wilson Stevens III of Hagerstown; her sister Shirley Lewis of Cavetown, MD; her children, Lori L. Stevens of Hagerstown, Yvette R Hofer (Doug) of Hagerstown and Fallon L. Miller (Taylor) of Waynesboro, PA; and her grandson Rylee Miller.
