He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Spessard, Sr. and Mary W. Browning-Rowe; his wife Dorothy L. Spessard (Eichelberger); and his great great grandchild Justice C. C. Myers-Cannon. He is survived by: his children, Ned L. Spessard, Jr. (Loretta) and Shirlene S. Spessard of Hagerstown; his granddaughters, Dorothea L. Spessard-Myers (Paul Spickler) of Hagerstown and Misty Shoemaker (Dickie) of Williamsport; his great grandchildren, Ashley Rutherford (Michael) of Hagerstown, Jordan and Alyssa Shoemaker of Williamsport; his great great grandchildren, Lucky Brown, Jay and Pax Rutherford; his great grandchild Ashly Carter; and his friends, Lorraine O'Neill, Cindy Slingluff and Michele Flook.
