He is survived by: his wife Lilian P Howard; his children, Lisa A Adams, Regina L Whittington and James R Howard; his grandchildren, Krystal D Vance, Danielle J Adams, John T Bee, Joshua A Bee, Dakota A Howard, Carter J Howard, Harliegh Q Howard and Jamison Jr. Howard; his great grandchild Payton A Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Susan A Langley and Ronald L Embrey.
