It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Billman of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Dale; her husband William Alexander Billman; her son Steven L. Billman; and her siblings, Donald, Betty Dayhoff and Joyce Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Dimitra S. Milne (Benjamin) and W. Allen Billman (Marie); and her sister Shirley Stouffer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
