He was predeceased by: his father James William Horning Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Rita Faye Horning (Eichelberger); his wife Rhonda Horning; his son Brian (Brittany Horning); his stepdaughter McKinsey (Jerrett McCormick); his siblings, Jeff Horning (Laura) of Hagerstown, James Burns (Mary) of Falling Waters, Robert Horning (Kira) of Williamsport and Tina Horning of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Manse, Kinnon and Kase McCormick; and also, Samuel Horning, Ricky and David Pike.
