She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Kegarise and Dawn Jones (Justin); her grandchildren, Quindon, Isaac, Trace, Noah, Landon, Zachary, Cole, Taylor and Iris; and her siblings, Richard Jacobs (Cathy), Carole Miller (Rick), Tammy Jacobs and Henry "J. R." Jacobs. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
