She is survived by: her husband Paul Brown of Hagerstown, MD; her children, James Shields of Hagerstown, MD, Anne Williams of West Chester, PA. and Katherine Shields (Katie) of Hagerstown, MD.; her mother-in-law Annie Brown of Charles City, VA.; and her siblings, Mark A. Mowen (Mary) of Walkersville, MD., Kathy A. Seburn (Donald) of Hagerstown, MD and Lisa M. Bartell (Chris) of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by five Stepchildren, fifteen step Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
