It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Stouffer of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Penny has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Elwood Stouffer and Shirley Irene; and her fiancé James Nigh. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly S Nigh (Bryan Squires) of Hagerstown; and her sisters, Georgie Ensley of Virgina, Robin Gossard of Hagerstown and Kim Green of Hagerstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
