Philip David Bowers Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2022, at the age of 84, Philip David Bowers of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Bowers and Edna Mae Bowers (Henneberger); his former wife Rachel Theo Bowers (Surratt); and his half-brother Frederick Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Judy Moore Bowers (Davis); and his children, Karla Gullette (Thomas Lawson) of Ashburn and Bruce Bowers (Amy) of Frederick.
