It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Wisherd of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Merlin Wisherd and Pauline Wisherd (Snyder); and her cousin David Stewart. She is survived by: her cousins, Leroy Burtner (Sandra) of Hagerstown, Christopher Burtner (Kerri) of Somerset, PA, Abigail Burtner of Somerset, PA, Elijah Burtner of Somerset, PA, Hope Fuss (David) of Hagerstown, Delany of Hagerstown, Holden of Hagerstown and Haley Fuss of Hagerstown.
