It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Harbaugh of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Earl and Ellen Genevieve Tracy (Smith); and her nephew Dwayne Harbaugh. She is survived by: her husband J. William "Bill" Harbaugh; her sons, Gary A. Harbaugh (Cherie) of Hagerstown and Jeffrey S. Harbaugh (Laura) of Williamsport; her brother Donald E. Tracy (Anne) of Ormond Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Benjamin A. Harbaugh (Kimberly) of Greencastle, PA, Matthew A. Harbaugh of Greencastle, PA, Carlee V. Harbaugh of Hagerstown, MD and Tyler D. Harbaugh (Rachelle) of Hagerstown, MD; her stepgrandchildren, Meghan Rager (Butch) of Hagerstown and Allison Palmer (Dominic) of Williamsport; her sibling's children, Aubrey Munshi (Fazel) of Lynchburg, VA, Troy Tracy of Williamsport and Steven Harbaugh (Carmen) of Martinsburg, WV; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Wyatt, Colt and Leah.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
