We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 90, Phyllis Padgett Beard (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Hamilton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Padgett and Ruth Padgett; her husband Bill; her children, Robert W. Beard, Laura P. Beard and Carolyn K. Beard; and her grandson William Nathaniel Beard.
