We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 95, Rachel Louise Draper of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Seibert Hoffman and Mary Williams Hoffman; her husband Sterling Draper; her children, Ralph L. Ebersole Jr. and Martha F. Wilson; her children-in-law, Claudette Ebersole and Nevin Renner Sr.; her grandson Nevin Renner Jr.; and her siblings, Monroe Hoffman, Donald Hoffman, Viola Stevens and Elizabeth Price.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara A. Sigler (Paul R.); her children-in-law, Ruth Ebersole and Joseph Wilson; and her grandchildren, Terry Sigler, Chandra Spriggs, Wendy Durst, Karol Hess, Rochelle Cannon and Nichole Jones. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, ten great-great-grandchildren, and several beloved nephews and friends.
