He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betsy Foltz (Dorsey); his children, Ray Jr. (Angie), Mary (Mark Voorhees) and Derek Foltz; his grandchildren, Raven Keller (Robert), Dakota Pfeiffer, Meranda Foltz (Nate), Hannah Taylor (Levi), Kollin Foltz, Kayleigh Foltz, Damion Foltz, Rose-Shay, Stephanie, Nathaniel and Grayson; and his siblings, Kay Enderle (Duane), Joanne Knode (Steve), Paul Foltz (Cindy), Ernie and Kathleen.
A special tribute to his sister Joanne who in 2008 gave him an extra gift of life by donating her kidney.
