It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Edward Walters of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Walters and Harriet Evelyn Bolton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walters; his daughter Linda Tibbs (Joseph "Leon" Tibbs); his granddaughter Katie Hanson (Alan Hanson); and his great grandchildren, Ryan Michael Martin, Brooklin Hanson and AJ Hanson.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 11370 Caring Pathway Lane, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
