He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald L. French Sr. and Blanche V. Shantz (Young). He is survived by: his wife Margie M. French; his stepson Joseph A. Clay Sr.; his stepgrandson Joseph A. Clay Jr.; and his sister Eva Ingram.
