It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Horner of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Stitely and Doris I. Horner; and his siblings, Douglas, Debbie, Patricia, Joyce, Linda and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Horner; his siblings, Cheryl Horner and Kevin Stitely (Yvonne Yeakle); his friend Jeff Norris; his sister-in-law Debbie Stitely; and his pets, Maggie, Charlie and Cosmo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
