He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellis Plotner and Deanna Louise Plotner (Reed); his wife Carolyn Louise Plotner (Crawford); and his brother Robert Ellis Plotner (Bobby). He is survived by: his son Ricki Alan Plotner; his sister Vicki Trumpower (Plotner) of Hagerstown; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Myers and Jennifer Wright.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
