It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Klausner Lubin of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in New York, New York, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Klausner and Etta Klausner (Kirschenbaum); and her husband Bernard S. Lubin. She is survived by: her children, Jane S. Lubin (Wayne Stouffer), Michael S. Lubin and James D. Lubin (Matthew Wise); her sister Terry Shapiro; her nieces, Julie Barr and Melissa Mohre; and her nephew Gary Shapiro.
