She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Eichelberger and Doris Eichelberger (Rohrer); her husband Nelson Kline; her sons, Sammy Horning and Paul Horning; her stepsons, Ricky Pike and David Pike; and her sisters, Doris Houser, Kendra Harshman and Ada McElfish Blanchard.
She is survived by: her sons, James Horning (Mary) and Jeff Horning (Laura); her stepchildren, Danny Pike, Tammy Hagmer and Cindy Williams; and her siblings, Celia Knodle, Kenneth Eichelberger and Tony Eichelberger. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
