In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert Eugene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his former wife Regine Holsinger; his parents, L. Elwood Holsinger and Helen Holsinger; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Snyder and Judy Eshelman (Willie).
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Holsinger; and his children, Robert Holsinger II (Trish), Lisa Eckel and James Holsinger. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Mercy House of Chambersburg or the Shriners Children's Hospital, in honor of Robert's lifelong service, generous spirit, and faith-filled heart.Robert's legacy lives on in the many lives he touched — a man of steady devotion, service to others, and a love that never wavered.
