He is survived by: his children, Deborah Duffey, Pam Downin (Robert III), Falling Waters, W. Va and Doug Heck (Susan); and his grandchildren, Lori Baughman, Sean Duffey (James Heck), Heather Butts, Falling Waters and Robert Downin IV of Fort White, FL.. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
