He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Saunders and Ruby Saunders of Hagerstown, MD.; his siblings, Charles, LeRoy, Timothy, Dwight, Judy, Mary and Rebecca; and his daughters, Dawn and Sheri.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Strite Saunders; his siblings, Harry James, John and Connie; his daughter Robyn Miller; and his granddaughter Alexandra Saunders. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
