He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Slate, Teresa Crawford (Ralph) and Rebecca Brown (Robert); his stepson Gary Grove (Cathy); his grandchildren, Eric Wishard, Cherilyn Koerting (Justin), Ruby Brown, Sara Grove and Amber Grove; his great grandchildren, Talon, Tanor and Tatum Koerting; his brother Bud Slate; and his close friend Charles Squibb.
