He is survived by: his wife Trisha Cave (Gabe); his sister Nina Montgomery; his children, Wayne Myers, Steven Myers, Jason Cave, Jamie Berger, Angie Miller and Ronda Rice; his grandchildren, Corey Mowen, Jordan Miller, Connor Miller, Devin Miller, Brandon Myers, Dusten Myers, Jennifer Cave and Bradon Cave; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Myers, Karleigh Myers, Ivy Myers, Shane Mowen and Atley Mowen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
