He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Milburn and Helen Elizabeth Kirby (Hose); and his siblings, Bill, Kenny, Paul, Junior and Frances.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia "Gail" Kirby of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Robert, Donnie, Mary, Nancy and Betty; and his pet Bambi. He is also survived by married on August 25, 1967, his nieces and nephews that he treated as his children.
