He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hillard Powers Sr. and Mildred Beryl Powers (Clevenger); and his brother James Powers Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Powers (Spence); his stepson Jammi Bruno; his sister Margie McBee; his sibling's children, Cindy Thomas (Shane) and Jim McBee; his great-nephews, Brandon and Christopher Thomas; and his great-niece Emily McBee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the Barr Construction Institute, 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21742, in the name Ronald L Powers.
