He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kenneth Wolford and Gertrude Wolford Eddington (Jerry); his brother Roy K. Wolford; and his sister-in-law Leah. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Jean Wolford (French); his daughter Ronda J. Wolford-Smith (Andrew); and his brother Robert S. Wolford (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
