He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cheeks and Betty Lou Gibson (Dorsey); and his grandfather Grafton Dorsey. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Dorsey (Keedy) of Hagerstown, MD.; his sons, Russell Lewis Dorsey, Jr., Dakota James Dorsey of Hagerstown, MD and Hunter Grafton Dorsey of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Brian Dorsey of Frederick, MD and Shyra Eckles of Texas; and his aunt Barbara. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
