With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Devona Rhoe (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd B. Hansroth and Helen Barker Hansroth; her husband Bobby Raymond Rhoe; her brother John W. Hansroth; her brother-in-law Everett Crowell; and her nephews, John "Andy" Andrew Hansroth and Christopher Joseph Hansroth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Rhoe Connolly (William "Bill") and Michelle "Shelli" Gest (John "Jack"); her grandchildren, Megan Connolly, Matthew "Matt" Connolly, Nicole Gest and Jenna Gest; her brother David "Larry" Hansroth (Jody); her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Hansroth, Dolly Crowell and Dennis Rhoe (Linda); and her caregiver Karen Walla.
