She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce A. Powell and Kathleen L. Powell; and her brothers, Ronnie L. Powell and Benjamin B. Powell. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Carrie Pearson, Rebekah Kenny, Hannah Peterson, Rachel Childs, Naomi Stamper and Sean Powell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Baptist Temple (16221 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
