He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rodger Rhodes, William, Barbara Donaldson and Rev. Robert Kretzer. He is survived by: his daughter Keylee Grace Kretzer; his siblings, Shelly Bussard, James Tyler Shillingburg, Steve Bussard, Jr. of Hagerstown, Cameron Kretzer of Corbin, KY and Steven Noe of Nashville, TN; his grandmother Pat Kretzer; his uncle Bret Donaldson (Kim Kirkland); his cousin Stephan Phillips (Sydney); his aunts, Pamela Rhodes and Susan Southard (Darin); and his cousins, Dalton Crum and Taylor Crum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
