She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn G. Wolfe (Keckley) and Richard Lee Wolfe; her sister Linda Edwards; and her great-niece Leelyn Elliott. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Ruth; and her sisters, Diana Flook of Hagerstown, MD and Sarah Milton (Jeff) of Moultrie, GA. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and Great Nieces and Nephews.
