He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Elvie Jones and Mary Stella Irene Jones (Rose); and his brother Ronald Elvie Jones. He is survived by: his wife Martha Belle Jones; his sister Sandra Waldron; and his children, Melissa Gail Crouse (Charles), Sheila Renee Albin and Sherman Ray Jones, Jr.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Hagerstown Area Pregnancy Center 152 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740 or to the Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church 11507 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
