He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Thomas and Helen Theresa Bair (Needy); his wife Diane Christine Bair (Moser); and his siblings, Harold, Lynwood, Edward, Nelson Bair, Ruth and Eileen Bair.
He is survived by: his son Mark A. Bair (Trish); his grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Bair and Lindsay Ann Bair; his sisters, LaVerna Galliher and Sherry Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Bair, Steve and Yvonne Hess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
