He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sevier and Genevieve Pryor Dattilio; his sister Debra "Debi" Durst; and his brother-in-law Stuart "Stu" Parks. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Klock Dattilio; his daughter Wendy M. Shanholtz (Jammie) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Christopher Lynn Shanholtz (Teaira Shanholtz) of Chambersburg, Stephen "Grant" of Hagerstown and Ashton Michael Shanholtz of Hagerstown; his sister Shelly Parks of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; his goddaughter Rene'Robey of Eldersburg; and his nieces, Nicole Parks Couteau and Angela Myers.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cortland Mansion (19411 Cortland Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
