He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Virginia (Fizer) and Nelson Hess. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Berniece Hess (Moser); his daughters, Suzanne Hess of Hagerstown, MD and Pamela Mellott (Jeffrey) of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Nichole Myers (Matt), Drake and Dalton Mellott; his great grandchildren, Grace and Ava; his brother Gerald N. Hess (Pamela); and his nephews, Paul David Hess, Jonathan Hess and Mark Bair.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at 18131 Maugans Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
