He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Belle Arnsparger (Wolford) and Charles O. Arnsparger; his significant other Barbara Arnsparger (Commer); and his sister Patricia Long. He is survived by: his son Shane Arnsparger (Amy) of Falling Waters, WV; his grandson Tre Arnsparger; his stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Myers; his great grandchild Atlas Smith; his siblings, Shirley Craighead, Ruth Hammond (Leon), Debra Palmer (James), Charles Arnsparger, Jr. (Celia) and Russell Arnsparger (Darlene); and his friend Jackie Stover. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
