Titus of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Randolf Clarke, Sr. and Mary Eileen Clarke Warnick (Jones); her former husband Bob Titus, Sr.; her husband Pete Blake; her sons, Bobby Titus, Jr. and Timothy Titus; her siblings, Shirley Corbin and Junie Clark, Jr.; her granddaughter Megan Ashbaugh; and her grandparents, Otha Clarke, Elizabeth Cummings Clarke Buchanon and James Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Ashbaugh (Danny); her daughter-in-law Sandy Titus (Jeff); her brother James Clarke (Mary); her grandchildren, Melissa Olden (Joseph), Lindsay Monroe (Casey), Katrina Toombs (James) and Bobby Titus, III (Kirsten); and her great grandchildren, Dayanna, Dara, Brayden, Evan, Owen, Brynnley, James, William, Sara, Bobby IV and Troy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
