She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Ruch and Bonnie Ruch (Moore); and her brother-in-law Christopher Dallas Doss. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her sisters, Holly Toft (Dave Toft) and Wendy Ruch; her parents-in-law, Kathleen Doss and Aubrey Dallas Doss; her siblings-in-law, David Smith (Gene) and Maureen Sackett (Douglass Sackett); and her siblings' children, Carol Toft, Karen Toft and Scott Toft. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
