He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Scott (Cindy), Tom (Michael) and Jason (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jessica, Alex, Taylor, Kalob, Toria and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Kindra, Karlee, Reed, Cali, Fynni, Axel, Aggie and Millie; and his siblings, Ruth and Andy.
