He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reid Lowe and Josephine Marguerite Lowe (Zimmerman); his wife Carol Ann Lowe (Hoffman); and his siblings, Don Lowe, Bill Lowe and Kay Albright.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Kay McKinney (Daniel Eugene) and Scott Thomas Lowe (Lee Ann); his grandchildren, Dalton, Ian, Daniel, Morgan Dunnavant (Ryan) and Aidan Lowe; his great grandchildren, Tate and Collins Dunnavant; and his brother Charles "Chick" Lowe (Carol).
