He is survived by: his wife Alicia Stotler (Kerns) of Hagerstown; his children, Stacey Moten (Keith) of Williamsport and Timothy K. Stotler of Hagerstown; his siblings, Diane Hoopengardner of Hancock, Shirley Silvers of Berkeley Springs and Doug Stotler of Berkeley Springs; his grandchildren, Alex Sewell and Kendall Moten; and his great grandchildren, Gabe and Kaleeah Fournier.
