She was predeceased by: her parents, Keiffer Daniel and Lola Catherine Leiboldt (Misner); her husband Edward Ralph Glenn, Sr.; her son Edward R. Glenn, Jr. (Vietnam); and her siblings, Keiffer D. Leiboldt, Jr., Earl S. Leiboldt, Robert L. Leiboldt, Catherine Miller, Pauline Kent and Mary Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cleta F. Grant, Anna M. Hamby and Colleen J. Lewis (Gary); her siblings, James D. Leiboldt, Dorothy Garling and Patricia Kline; and her grandchildren, Jared Hamby, Tony Rosario, David Rosario, Wendy Hamby, Michael Lewis and Monica Cardenas. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Utha's name to Hagerstown Bible Church for mission endeavors, 203 Summit Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
