She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Monninger; her parents, Marvin Lester and Ethel Patterson Emory; and her granddaughter Bobbi Jo Burker. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan A. Raber of Martinsburg and Sandra J. Scott (William "Gord") of Martinsburg; and her grandchildren, Samantha Burker, Renee Moore, William Scott, Jr., Sierra Morrison and Krista Kees. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and one step grandchild.
